Dan Corlett

From a young age, I knew I was a designer and craftsman. With a natural eye for scale and proportion, I've enjoyed a lifelong hobby of designing fine furniture, custom cabinets and lathe-turned exotic wood bowls.

As a youth, I developed an intense interest in economics, finance and investing. While earning my degree at Washington State University I demonstrated accelerated mastery in Finance, and my professor hired me to help teach advanced level business statistical operations, while still an undergrad student myself. I graduated from the Business School with honors.

Shortly after graduating, I invested in my first real estate project, redesigning and renovating a home to sell, and earning a % return for my partners.

Subsequently I completed the University of Washington Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and became a licensed Real Estate Broker, investor and developer.  

I've studied investment strategy for a long time, analyzing the methods of top investors and learning from trial and error.
